When you get in touch, request a quote, or purchase a website through our checkout, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and information about your business. If you complete our onboarding form, we also collect details about your services, service area, and any existing website or domain.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, process payments, build and manage your website, and provide ongoing support. We don't sell your information to third parties.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Where your information is stored
Client and enquiry details are stored in our internal systems (including Notion) for the purpose of managing your account and project. Access is limited to the Trader Launch team.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our payment provider, Stripe, may set its own cookies when you reach the checkout page, under its own policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. To do this, contact us using the details below.
How long we keep your information
We keep client information for as long as needed to provide our services, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
