Terms of Service

These terms apply when you purchase or use Trader Launch Ltd's (“we”, “us”) website design, hosting, and management services. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We design, build, host, and maintain websites for businesses trading in the UK. Exact features depend on the plan you choose, as set out on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Pricing and payment
A one-time setup fee covers the design and build of your website. This is followed by a recurring monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and the features included in your plan, billed from the end of your initial trial period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation
Monthly plans run on a rolling basis with no fixed contract. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate business information and any content or assets we need to build your site, and for making sure the content you supply doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Ownership
The website we build for you is yours. You register any domain in your own name. Where we use third-party assets (such as licensed stock images), those remain subject to their own licence terms.
Acceptable use
Your site must not be used for anything unlawful, or to host content that's misleading, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend service if this happens.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep your site fast, secure, and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Termination
Either party can end the agreement in line with the cancellation terms above. We may also suspend or end service if fees go unpaid or these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
