These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by SKR Digital Limited trading as Trader Launch (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services for UK-based tradespeople, startups, and service-based businesses.

2. Hosting and Maintenance

  • All websites we build must be hosted by us for a minimum term of six (6) months from the date of launch.

  • If you wish to transfer your website to another host before the end of the 6-month period, a transfer fee of £250 will apply.

  • After 6 months, clients may request a free transfer of their website assets if all outstanding fees have been paid.

3. Payment Terms

  • Projects require an initial deposit as agreed in the proposal.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion or as otherwise specified.

  • Hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the rights to your website content and design.

  • Trader Launch retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
